  • Personal Information: Name, username, and email address (used for account creation and verification).
  • Financial Information: Mobile wallet numbers (JazzCash/Easypaisa) strictly for processing your earned reward withdrawals.
  • App Activity: Results of quizzes, points earned, and milestone progress to ensure accurate reward calculation.
  • Device Identifiers: We collect Device IDs (Advertising ID) and basic device info (OS version) for fraud prevention, analytics, and serving personalized ads.
  • Approximate Location: Based on IP address, to provide region-specific content and comply with local regulations.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed based on the following purposes:

  • Delivery of Services: To manage your account, track quiz scores, and facilitate reward payouts.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: We use device identifiers to detect and prevent automated scripts, multiple account abuse, and fraudulent activities.
  • Advertising: We use third-party services (Google AdMob) to display advertisements which help keep the service free for everyone.
  • Communications: To send you OTP codes, security alerts, and support responses.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob to serve ads. Google may use your Advertising ID and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt-out of personalized advertising through your Android device settings.

5. Data Retention & Security

All user data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) in transit and at rest via Supabase (PostgreSQL). We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request account and data deletion at any time by contacting us.
